Our Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, for any reason.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Items must be unused and in a resaleable condition.

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase may be required.
We reserve the right to make deductions from any refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to unnecessary handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
Return Postage Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving the item.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will:

Offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Reimburse reasonable return postage costs incurred in returning the faulty item.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any eligible refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery charges for premium or expedited shipping services are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Digital products or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded.
